Worst service. Plz plz don't put reliance insurance for your vechile .. they never give u claim.

Respected Sir/Madem ,

I have covers my vechile in Reliance general insurance for 2nd year. I came for a claim last year where the claim was which was rejected with silly comments. As same I have made a claim on Tuesday 21.02.2017 towards toll free number . As fallowing that I have submitted all the documents and the process was done . On this I had a call from the surveyor Mr.Mano Tom and he said that the claim is rejected. Where a while your company gives always a false promise before entering into the policy and after that you always try to reject with a valid reason. Where else we own a premium car we have never seen such a bad service and the company always see its own benefits and not bothering about the customer support. Need a remedy urgent unless we never go for Reliance Insurance here after in my life time . Which make such a painful incident after paying such a huge amount as premium.

I suggest plz don't go with reliance general insurance for you vechile., it's wast of your money , they never give you claim and valid response too . Friends don't wast your money and you would feel it . I have 2experiance with this company...
